Maryna Mariyenko is an abstract artist who creates unique works of art using an innovative technique called "pasty-texture".
Her works are recognizable for the material they are built with and the emotions they evoke. Maryna blends colors and shapes, making the canvas vibrant, playful, and emotional—a perfect mix of harmony and balance.
Born in Ukraine in 1982, Maryna studied at FOS Nelly-Puetz for Design in Dueren, then attended the Photography School in Cologne before moving to the French Riviera.
Her works aim to express the essence of her soul, her sensitivity, and fragility, which also confront the hardness of the material, reflecting on the fleeting nature of time and its contradictions. She invites us to immerse ourselves in the aura of her works, where each brushstroke radiates energy and strength, forming a symphony of color, shape, and texture.
Using a mixed-media approach on canvas, Maryna creates a unique blend of abstraction and automatism, generating a sense of movement through the pasty consistency of her works.
