SIST’ART
Gallery presents an exhibition dedicated to French sculptor Gé. Pellini,
running from 5 to 15 November 2026 at its Milan gallery, Via Monte di Pietà 1A.
Bringing together 26 bronze sculptures, the exhibition explores his
animal-inspired world, where the strength of his subjects meets a pared-back,
immediately recognisable sculptural language.
Bulls
and rhinoceroses, signature subjects in his work, take shape through simplified
volumes, sweeping horns and flowing lines. Guided by the principle “Less is
more”, Pellini removes unnecessary detail to capture the essence of each animal
while preserving its energy and character. The interplay of light and shadow
across the bronze surfaces emphasises the tension within the forms, inviting
viewers to discover each work from different perspectives. The solidity of the
material combines with the fluidity of the lines, creating sculptures that
suggest movement even in stillness. The Milan solo exhibition offers visitors
an opportunity to explore an artistic practice rooted in the balance between
expressive power and formal simplicity.
Join
us on Thursday 5 November for a cocktail reception with the artist, in a
setting dedicated to his sculptures. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet Gé.
Pellini, get to know him and discover the works on display!
The
event will take place from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at SIST’ART Gallery, Via Monte di
